Christ Followers Call Christians Dorks
The Community Christian Church is running a campaign to help “people find their way back to God” with a series of videos parodying the new Mac vs PC commercials, titled “Christian No More”.
The videos are actually well done and quite funny, but the really hilarious part is that they don’t see the fact that they are Christians making fun of other Christians to make a point. Apparently if you’re a devout Christian, wear a suit to church, carry a bible and listen to Christian music, they’ll laugh at you behind your back and call you a dork.

Simple version..
Christ never walked around with a “What would Yaweh do?” bracelet.
Preachers should have families and work four days a week. That would give them Sunday and Wednesday to dedicate to church.
More importantly, figure out how to build a decent society that works with peoples sex drives instead of against them.

I don’t think they are making fun of “other” Christians as much as they are making fun of Christians as a collective whole, themselves included. The idea is that Christians should be about more than wearing a suit to church, carrying a bible and listening to Christian music. Not that there’s anything wrong with those things. Makes me think this church is just trying to relate to people that think Christians *have* to listen to Christian music to be a Christian, etc…

I agree with James. This is clearly not a Christian against Christian thing. It’s about showing people who don’t know anything about Christianity that its okay to be who you are and still be a Christian. It’s really attacking Christian stereotype. You don’t have to be the pope or be perfect to become a follower of Christ like a lot of people I witness to believe.
