Cops Flush Suspect from Portable Toilet

Here’s a tip. When the cops show up to ask you a few questions and you feel the need to run and hide, don’t hide in the Porta Potty. There’s only one way out, unless you plan to tunnel your way out, in which case I’d say you deserve to get away.

Johnny Snodgrass, 21, from West Virginia, apparently matched the description of a man who had stolen $45 from an 89 year-old woman’s purse. He was caught on video tape at both the store where the purse had been stolen and then again at a nearby video poker establishment where the lady’s wallet was found. Wow, who would have suspected that they’d have video cameras at a gambling establishment?

The police got a tip and went to question the man at the construction site where he was working, but when Snodgrass saw them, he ran into the portable restroom. His plan was foiled when he discovered the rest of the police department was already in there.

Snodgrass claims he’s innocent and is being held on $5,000 bond.

Now, in all fairness, I must admit it’s possible that Mr. Snodgrass wasn’t tring to hide from the police, but just had the shit scared out of him. Nah, I’m pretty sure that a man who managed to get himself video taped stealing $45 and can’t come up with $5,000 to bail himself out of jail, was probably trying to hide.

What a jackass. The cops should have tipped the thing over while he was inside.
