Hitting Steering Wheel Illegal in Utah Unless You Can See Over It
Gary Coleman, the strange little man that used to star as a strange little boy in the strange old TV series Different Strokes, was cited for disorderly conduct last Friday evening in Provo, Utah, where he now lives. I’m guessing he moved there after the humiliating loss he suffered to Arnold Schwarzenegger in the California governor election.

Witnesses observed Coleman having a heated discussion with a woman and called police when he began pounding the steering wheel of his car. Coleman calmed down when officers arrived, but he was issued a disorderly conduct citation.
Wachoo talkin’ ’bout, Willis? If the cops in big cities gave out tickets for banging steering wheels in anger, we could eliminate the national debt.
